I ordered a face cream from LIFECELL SKIN CARE via the internet. It was quick and easy and I was assured of secure banking. It seemed legit. The cream cost R1950 for a small tube, so its not just any face product and cost me an arm & leg!! They said it would arrive in SA within 7-12 working days. I tried tracking my parcel with Australiapost and it keeps telling me the tracking reference in INVALID! Well, obviously I got worried!! I have emailed them NUMEROUS times and the only reply I get is a generated reply saying 'Our sales staff will be in touch with your shortly'. I've been waiting 2 WEEKS for this consultant to get back to me! IT'S JUST BAD BUSINESS NOT GETTING BACK TO YOUR CLIENTS WHEN THEY ARE STRESSED ABOUT A PRODUCT THEY PURCHASED FROM YOU!!
