Lack of communicating with client
Sent personal belongings and household goods to South Africa via shared container service. Was not informed when the goods were shipped nor was I given the contact details of the company doing the clearance in South Africa. The result is a delay in delivery of goods and additional costs with a forwarder that I was never contracted to. The person responsible for this mess is Robert Favretto of Wridgeways, Adelaide, South Australia!
