I ordered a rubber workshop mat for my brother for his birthday and paid online for it to be delivered to his home. In the order comments section I asked them to leave the gift in the carport if my brother and his wife were not home. I gave his wife's mobile number and said it was a birthday gift. I waited for my brother to mention the gift but when I eventually asked him, he had not. A message had been left for him on his home phone saying that his order was not available and to contact them. As he had not ordered anything and was really busy he forgot all about it. I wrote to them and said how disappointed I was and my brother went to the supplier and collected his gift. I was phoned by head office who told me they are franchised groups and apologised for the error. They said they would refund me the courier fee and offered me a $30 voucher. I have never heard another word from them, no refund and no voucher. The voucher was not the issue but the sloppy excuse for service was and I will not buy from them again. Anybody can make a mistake but they did not seem to care enough to follow through on their apology. Very disappointing.
