Waiting for 2 months for package
My parcel arrived in SA on the 9th of January 2013. I called them finally on the 22nd and was told to forward my invoice to a fax number. The same day the parcel appeared to have moved out of the mail centre on the website. Days later back there. Called on the 15th of February finally got hold of them and NO, my parcel is still there as the correct information was not given. I gave the information and now on February 25, they cant explain why it is still there. Also, I must pay 50% of the cost for customs. It was cheaper to buy it in SA and quicker too. The customer services do not answer the phone. I have called for over half an hour and it rings until it cuts off. Why do we need to put up with this incompetence all the time!!!!!!
