I went to this adult web site "Datesnow.com" partly from
curosity. They said I could view the site for 24 hours for only $1.48 and if I didn't want to keep the site I could cancel before the 24 hours was up and owe only $1.48.
I tried to cancel within fifteen minutes of going to the site My attempt to cancel wasn't acknowledged!
I was told to go to "http://ctbilling.com" This attempt was unsuccessful also in getting my contract cancelled.
On January 27 a charge of $19.95 was placed on my credit card bill which I paid. Then on my last credit card statement which I just paid there was a charge for $79.95 and I called my credit card company and said that was a fradulant charge and they said I would have to get a noterized statement and send them that I hadn't baught the service and send them to get the charge removed. My credit card company couldn't give me a website
address or mailing address or phone number where the fraudulent commpany could be reached.
