As with most of the users here I signed up to an adult site that offered a free trial period of 45 minutes. To accomplish the task of age verification they required credit card details.
I have looked at the credit card statments and WOW $19.99 then 19.99 and again 19.99 and once again 79.99 for what!!!
Well I called the credit card to send a disputed charge in but when filling out the form I looked on the web for a number for them. Well it did not take long to find this site and a report with the number on it 800-351-5654.
So I called them and they tried to tell me the server is down and nothing he can do so i used my tools to find there site and
I own my computer business so lets just say one of my techs found there server up and runing fine.
WOW there site was up and working fine. after about 10 min of that I asked for his boss well that did not work.
So I did not get mad but told him i was going to call the credit card and my internet friends and we will see what happens.
He told me to please hold on for a sec. (I never got upset or mad with him hes just work a the *&^%%$ company (KEY POINT))
He came back to the phone and told me that i would see credits for the charges in 10-14 days. WE WILL SEE.
Called the credit card back to tell them what is going on.
