After entering my credit card information to comply with age verification, I was not able to download the Paris Hilton video. So I immediately cancelled my "membership" in December. I keep getting charges on my credit card... the latest occured on January 27 (19.99) and February 9 (79,99). A call to 1-800-647-6439 connected me to a customer service rep who credited my account and "cancelled my membership." We'll see if this really solved my problem.
