I am a permanently disabled man in my fifties & cannot walk very far. I paid for a new electric trike plus new batteries for my old one to enable me to give it to an 84 year old friend who has no transport. The trike arrived but is not what was paid for. It has a bent wheel also.

The other items valued at around $250- were not included. There is also supposed to be a two year warrenty which was not supplied either. The company website states they manufacture all their own products but this is another lie as the item was made in China.
