Ripoff continued credit card billing after cancellation no record of my account although they continue to bill me Australia

Scam, will not refund give last names of operators, no record of my account although they continue to bill me. The rebuttal guy is from the same city that p zest UK corporate offices are located, bobs not my uncle.
