Internet Provider bankcard fraud (continued automatic payment years after termination of service) West

Webace removed money from my bank account undetected for a year.they had my bank details and kept taking payment long after they should. I had terminated their services (confirmed) and replaced them as internet provider, and they kept taking money while apologising and promising repayment. They have not refunded any money. my bank retrieved one payment but i and many people i know, are owed a large sum of money by webace.
