Paid for 2 seperate lots spent $90 still no dvds after 2 months AMERICA Nationwide

I bought 4 dvds on 2nd july then 5 the day after that spent $90 dollars all tolled.
recieved email congratulating me on my purchases and was told 10-14 days express post will arrive.14 days later no dvds. Emailed them they said postal delay another week, another week went by no dvds, emailed again nice "jimmy" said very sorry delays one more week please wait, no dvds then i emailed again jimmy says they have been re sent please wait 14 more days.
well ive had enough! Has anyone had any sucsess with getting a refund from their banks i lodged a fraud complaint but im still waiting to hear back my kids are soo dissapointed and i am so ashamed of being caught up in a scam.
TWO other of my friends bought around the same time as me and are still awaiting theirs also,
SO PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
