So I ordered shoes from Tobias Mayer Birkenstocks shoes in september last year . 8 pairs in fact.
They said 2 weeks but the shoes didnt come. I called and after 2 nights of trying to get through and countless emails sent through I finally got a response. They said my shoes were not available at present and they would come in the next 6 weeks. Funny that the web site didnt say that when I bought them. I thought I would give them a chance. 6 weeks went by but no shoes. So I called again and emailed and eventually got through and of course this is all at business hours in germany which means 1am for me. The man on the other end said that I would need to to choose other shoes if i wanted them to come straight away (if you call 6 weeks straight away). He sent through a list of shoes I could choose from which were surprise, surprise were butt ugly and mostly insoles products! So i said wanted a refund. It is now May and NO MONEY! Thats just shy of $400.00 that sham of a company owes me. I wanted the 8 pairs for my husband and 4 kids, my mum and sister. I have now bought other shoes... STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROCK OF A COMPANY FOR BIRKENSTOCKS!
