I joined Importers Online for $50.00 with the promise of help and support as well as pre-made ads to load into Turbo Lister and pick out the ones I wanted to sell in my EBay shop. It took two weeks to get the ads, most of the ads were incorrect and needed to be fixed up in some way. Most of the products had expensive starting prices. I emailed and asked about if the starting price was .99cents and I sold the item for .99cents who pays the difference or is that the price I would pay for the sold product.
After about 6 emails I still don't have the answer. I decided that this business was just too expensive so after my first listings finished with no sales I requested my membership to be cancelled and my money refunded - just the membership fee not the $40 it cost me to list the items on Ebay in the first place so total cost was $90.00 and I have nothing! My emails were answered with irrelivant information and questions and then nothing. I WAS COMPLETLEY AND UTTERLEY IGNORED WITH NO REFUND OR EXPLANATION.
I approached PayPal but the time limit was such that they could not do anything.
I just want other people to know this jerk is a total and utter RIP OFF merchant. I gave good reason for the cancellation and he did not in any way acknowledge my problem - just ignored me. I thought I researched all the information prior to joining and it sounded pretty good but wow what a surprise... it was all false! How these people can stay in business I don't know and even worse is that they no doubt sleep at night.
Be warned. DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES ON THE WEBSITE, IT'S JUST ANOTHER SCAM AND THEY ARE THIEVES!
