We neede hosting for our new com0pnay and wanted to pay with e-gold, found troublefreehosting.com
Signed up, paid with egold, they do not send me the hosting info for two days, I contact them, they send me a long message saying my info is not correct, and to send something they never asked me what it was to a certain Fax number. They claim my account is fraudulent because i use a hotmail account.
Did not know using a Hotmail account was a breach of service and reason for this scammer to keep our monies
No messages in my mailbox or answering machine.
We are a legal corp properly registered and you can reach us by phone and email. Troublefreehosting.com never tryed to reach us. We contacted several times but they ignore us.By reading their terms of service it looks like after they steal your money they only return it if you send all your personal and comnay info to them... they just want more info than a bank for a morgage not to steal your money
We are not going to send this scammers any more info they can use to scam us further.
Like if anyone is going to send these crooks documents they can use for further scams...
I paid for hosting and domain registration, monies that were supoposed to go to the registrant and not stolen by www.troublefreehosting.com that no longer answers the email or trouble tickets
Since we no longe want to be their customer for web hosting we told tem to use the full payment to pay for the domain registration, and we receive not answer...
I have seen other scam report on them on te net and they seem to notice as they always come to post that as per their terms of service unless you give them all you personal info they will freeze you account and onies...
