Ebay User Id Sold me a Fake LV Speedy 30 as the genuine item won't refund RIPOFF Eastern States, Internet

I purchased an LV Speedy 30 on 18/06/04 from Elizabeth Simmons glitterbug_312 (ebay user id) for $840 as she stated in her auction that the bag was authentic even has receipt & envelope from LV Store in Bond Street England. I sent her an email prior to bidding asking if money back guarantee if it is not genuine and she emailed me back stating yes. I therefore bidded with confidence and won the auction and direct banking the $840 into the account number she proved.

This bag was vertified by LV Store as being a fake when it was taken in there for cleaning on the 17/03/05.

I immediately emailed her stating how angry/hurt I was and how utterly shocked at being told this and requested my full refund. She stated she was horrified at the outcome of the bag but however the condition of the auction was that the sale was final and apologies and says there is nothing she can do.

I have filed a fraud report with Ebay Australia but as it is over the 2 months period they can not refund me - I have to chase her.
