Ripoff, overcharged, false advertising

My husband simply wanted to be able to legally download some music. The result was that this "company" ripped us off. They claim the charge is $1.00 per month. However, the inital charge was $48.00 the first month, and the next month a charge for $79.95 showed up on our credit card. This is fraud! I am reporting this company to every agency available!
