Ok I got ripped off buy this company too. Honestly I don't know how these charges got on my account, but I never balance my checkbook. I don't make much money as it is, and I only write 2 checks a month (rent and car). The rest I keep up with in my head.
Well 10 dollars here, 20 dollars there, I figure was just gas that I forgot about or who knows. But when I get a charge for $49, and then $80, I notice the money is gone. I called the number 800-351-5654 and they issued the refund for about $250 total, going back a few months. They said it would be in my account in 10-14 business days. It's now been 16 business days.
I've called a few times, and conveniently they are having problems with their bank now. Great timing eh? I NEED that money, but I won't be surprised if it's gone for good. My bank says they won't refund it, only the company can do that. YAY.
