Plendo Sweden AB, They suspended my account and hold up my money

I registered at Freelancer.com and won a project. I did the project very well and get paid by the employer. I've tried to withdraw my money from my freelance.com account. In a week or so they suspended my account for ID verification. I've sent them all the documents required, pictures of my ID card, pictures of me hold the ID card, pictures of me holding some special numbers they sent me, I did everything they requested. One day they simply stopped answering my support ticket. I write them every day for several days and received no replies. It is several weeks since the incident and still got nothing from them. My account is suspended and my money are in there impossible to withdraw. Their support team is completely silent. I don't know what to do to get my money.
