I tried a $1 two week offer (for the online Study Course) that I got through email and paid with paypal. There was no follow-up email from the company though paypal confirmed that the transaction was completed and active. I was given a subscription number, but when I went onto the web-site was unable to use it anywhere and was bumped back to the request to pay for the course.
I tried emailing the company and going through the support from the web-page, but could not work my way through the system. I did get one email to send without it coming back to me, but never received any reply to any other messages.
I ran into a dead end as to how to contact the company. After seeing that someone else had problems too, I cancelled my subscription, since it was useless anyway without being able to access it. I have a note from paypal that my subscription cancelled successfully, so I think I am safe from the bigger loss at least.
