Harvey Norman Rothwell would have to be one of the worst stores I have ever dealt with. At the beginning of November 2013, I purchased a lounge suite for $2000. I was told by the sales person that there would be a wait of 12-14 weeks for the lounge suite to be delivered (this was also printed on my receipt). Despite this time frame, it took a period of 5 months for the lounge suite to be delivered. Upon complaining about the delay, I was offered a measly $150 refund. Upon attending the store recently to collect my refund, I was yelled at and basically called an idiot by Valerie, a member of their sales team, in front of other customers, simply because I no longer had the credit card I used to make the purchase 5 months ago. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect by a sales person. If this is the type of person that Harvey Norman employs, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere
