I bought a Acer Aspire 5750 on 6 June 2012 from Game Kollonade.
The laptop started showing errors and "data dump crash".
Contacted Game and they informed me it will take 2 weeks for repair, but should I take it directly to Acer it will be faster, as it is still under guarantee.
Contatced Regenersis (Acer service agents in Midrand). Lucas indciated 2-3 working days. I took the laptop to Regenersis on 15 April 2013. They booked it in and I showed them the Game slip when it was bought. They indicated that it is still under guarantee.
Contacted Regenersis on 18 April 2013 an now they indicated it will take 5 working days. Contacted Regenersis on 22 April 2013 again and they said that they sent me a quote for repairs - never received the quote. I said to them, why will they sent a quote if it is still under guarantee then they started searching and said it is their fault it is under guarantee and it will be ready for collection on 16 April 2013. Phoned 16 April 2013 at 14h05 and they said that they are still waiting for payment!!!!!! According to them it is the system that indicates nothing has been done!!!
How many times do you have to follow up!!!!
