I bought a DVD online from EzyDVD, but it had a fault (part of one disc jams). After going through their returns procedure, I sent the disc back, the fault was acknowledged, and a replacement disc was sent out. The replacement had an identical fault. I contacted EzyDVD, informed them of this and asked them to send me a working replacement without further hassle, and to let me know whether, as appeared likely, they had simply resent the faulty disc, and if so why. Two weeks later I am still waiting for a substantive reply.
