NO Feedback - Delays studies

I received an email from CA connect indicating that all applications sent to Monash before 13/12 would receive notice about the registration by 13/12. I sent my documentation on 09/12 and received acknowledgement. On the 6th of January further queries were sent to the admissions department. After numerous emails, visits and phone calls feedback was promised on 24/01 - The day unisa registration closed. Furthermore phone calls are dropped, emails ignored and staff are unable to assist in any way.
As I write this no feedback has been received. My unisa registration is pending as I do not want to over commit my self. Disappointing service from Monash,.
