Fraudulent ripoff

I ordered a pair of ugg boots on the 3rd on november and they took the money out of my account. Have not sent the boots.
4 emails later and an email to a friend in austrailia who informed me she phoned the company and number unobtainable. she also sent me information about this comepany saying it had ceased to trade.
