Well it all started in I was living a simple life minding my own business, writing, and doing what most people do. then the strangest thing happened...
I got a phone call from a man who wanted to see me.
he showed up and we talked and discussed many things, the rapport was uncanny and in hindsight, it was at that time I showed him a song I had written and recorded using two old tape decks in an old armory with great acoustics. I guess I was being conned... But I was unaware to the machinations of what was really going on... anyway a friendship developed and I discovered later that he was working for warner music Brisbane at the time... He took me around introduced me to all kinds of wonderful people (well so I thought) Record executives, A&R people, e.t.c. I thought it was kind of exciting... I admit that!
Anyway to cut a very long story short... He took a series of photographs of me in his home... a few weeks later We move in together in a house north of Brisbane, then oneday he brings home the most beautiful lifesize vinyl wall hanging of the Artist Madonna... (Actually two of the same picture) with strange symbols on it: a ghostlike horsesoe lie the letter "U" with the letter M inside (M in U) which I found mesmerising... the funny thing is he said he stole it from Warner music... When he handed it to me he said "The secret is you" (of course at the time, I didn't know what he meant, because it has a big horseshoe symbol on it like a "U")two years later... I'm mucking around with photos on my computer and I come across the photos he took a few years previously, I'm looking at the photo of me and think? hang on! I've seen this picture before... I turned around and looked at the wall hanging behind me, (manipulated into Madonna... (talk about insanity, Because thats what I thought I was suffering from looking at the photo then looking at the wall hanging... I opened an image program and took a photo of the wall hanging... I laid the wall hanging image over the photo of me and reduced its opacity to make it semi transparent so I could see the image beneath and line them both up... Well at that point I almost slid off the chair. the Images and my voice (thanks to a parabolic microphone somewhere close to me in my neigbourhood. My voice is peppered throughout (Music 2001) (American Life) and (confessions on a dance floor)
I get a bit of a cameo in the Track "push" near the end...(I'm the Guy who starts singing "every step i take, every move I make, I owe it all to you! but if you listen carfully you'll hear reference to "At the boondal lake every step I take and a reference to "my Duck"...(yes I have a pet drake) you'll even hear the quack of a rubber duck inthat part of the recording. All of this was done covertly in the hope I wouldn't notice...
without payment, credit or recognition... I have physical evidence and timecoded recordings of mine that have been used by Warner music Australia without my authorisation... I know it's a full on story I'm telling you, all I can say is: HONEST TO GOD IT IS TRUE! What they are doing is wrong and illegal.how can I stop them?
They are Still stealing from me... to this day.
and sofar my only recourse is to take it back from them, the same way... but by doing that, i will always be second best to myself? yeah... just try wrapping your thinking cap around that!
the only reason I stayed is because I couldn't understand why he/they would not admit to the Misery he/they have put me though or why he/they wouldn't admit it! two of the three albums went #1 I am prepared to undergo voice analysis or an other test to prove my honesty in regards to this... or you can actually here my voice on this track I made... even though the lyrics are a so called coversong... of myself! its all true... and I need a lawyer or something... HELP!
But I know how this game works... Warner Music and it's fake artists will just close ranks and miraculously all the correct people and all the correct paperwork will show up... O well guess thats showbiz... you see I've got many witness' to this charade who will testify in any court about what they have seen Warner music and the Madonna team (yes, its a team of people!)... Hey Warner Music you owe "the mu madonna" 20million dollars or we fight for 50m from the two albums that went triple platinum (music2001) (confessions on a dance floor2006) I'm not including (American Life2004) it performed poorly and only sold 15,000 downloads worldwide. Boytoy Inc. is in my sights for criminal and civil actions.
THE MUSIC INDUSTRY AND MAJOR LABEL ARTIST ARE THIEVES AND FAKES WARNER MUSIC DOESN"T SIGN NEW ARTISTS! THEY PROCURE VOICE AND PUT A PRETTY FACE TO IT AND SELL IT TO MILLIONS! When they announce a new signing, they make it all seem so real... But its not!
