Rip off, Rude, insulting, & a racist

This man and his firm are a complete rip off. Myles is a liar, is Rude and insulting, racist, and his crew of incapables are cowboys who wander around your roof for a couple of hours, do nothing except maybe break a couple of tiles for good measure, and charge you a fortune for the privilege of ripping you off. IF you complain he will attempt to charge you MORE money to 'repair the leaks', as he puts it. Complain to the Office of fair Trading, here in Canberra, and he will telephone you and call you every name under the sun before slamming the telephone down.

Also he is the sort of rude fool who thinks that WE, the rest of the World, are idiots there for the sole and unique purpose to be conned by him.
