Wow. I have never had such arrogance from ANY company I've dealt with. When informed that their "Robert's Birds" App, which costs R600 is less than intuitive to set up, they responded with:
"Thank you for your email.
Fortunately we have thousands of competent users who have no problem installing and using the app"
This is just ********. I WILL make sure that no birding enthusiasts in my club buy this app again. Actually a shame since once we got it to work, with NO assistance from the company, the app is pretty good.
Robert's Birds has been THE standard for birding in Southern Africa for ages, but these arrogant app developers should be fired, as they will cause irrepairable harm to to this long treasured institution.
