NO FEEDBACK FROM EAGLE CANYON ON QUERIES

I BOUGHT A KB ISUZU FROM EAGLE CANYON END JUNE. WITH DELIVERY THERE WAS NO SPARE KEY, NO LIGHTER AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO SET UP MY PHONE TO THE HANDS FREE KIT. END JULY THE DEBIT ORDER WENT OF THE WRONG ACCOUNT. AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS NOBODY CAME BACK TO ME REGARDING MY QUERIES. I HAD TO FIS UP THE MESS WITH THE INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER MYSELF AS THE FINANCIAL LADY WAS TOO BUSY. AS PROMISED, NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME REGARDING THE KEY, LIGHTER OR SETTING UP MY PHONE. I WROTE A MAIL TO THE FINANCIAL AND THE SALESPERSON, WHICH WAS READ BUT STILL NO FEEDBACK. ON MAKING THE APPOINTMENT FOR MY FIRST SERVICE, A MANAGER OF EAGLE CANYON STOOD NEXT TO MY HUSBAND AND HEARD ABOUT ALL THE PROBLEMS, ALSO PROMISED THAT THE KEY WOULD BE HERE IN 2 DAYS! AFTER THE SERVICE, STILL NO KEY, LIGHTER WOULD NOT FIT PROPERLY AND NO ONE COULD SET UP THE PHONE. EAGLE CANYON PROMISED ONCE AGAIN TO ORDER THE KEY, WHICH WILL BE HERE IN 2 DAYS, THEY WILL PHONE AND GET FEEDBACK ON SETTING MY PHONE TO THE HANDSFREE. IT IS NOW A WEEK LATER AND NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER!!! GOING ONTO 3 MONTHS I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT AND THE AFTER SALES SERVICE *****!!
