I just want to warn everybody not to BUY a car from Barloworld Holden & Volkswagen.
I made a deposit for a deposit for a Volkswagen Golf Highline with Barloworld Holden & Volkswagen (565 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley, VIC) on 15/05.
I was offered a car loan for $34550.00 with monthly repayments above $1000 a month on 16/05.
I was not happy with the repayment option and from loan offered date to 18/05, they assured me that they can bring down monthly installments.
On Monday 20/05 I discussed my current situation to sales person at Barloworld Volkswagen, who asked me to hold of till Wednesday 22/05 regarding refund of deposit assuring he can work a special offer at Barloworld Volkswagen.
On Wednesday 22/05 I didn't hear back from sales person and he didn't respond to my calls either. On the next day 23/05 I did talk to manager, and he informed me that they cannot refund my deposit or any part of it since it is already late to claim it.
