Not content with financially ruining an ex-Midas franchisee, Philip Charles Bonney of Toorak, Melbourne, Australia, CEO of Midas Australasia is now hounding him through the courts because he had the temerity to complain. These complaints are well documented on this website, they are all true, and demonstrate a sickening abuse of financial power.
If you look at the precarious position of Midas's corporate finances it is quite obvious that Mr Bonney could not run a chook (chicken) raffle (as we say in Australia). His policies of bleeding the franchisees dry, together with the accounting irregularity' with the franchisees advertisement fund, which has been used to support the building of his mansion in Toorak, are now reaping their just rewards.
Expect to see Midas call in the liquidators soon.
