The manager of this division should be fired
Why am I getting a letter today 12 June 2013, dated 24 April 2013, stating that I have not paid my personal loan when the personal loan only goes off my account on 25 of each month. No wonder FNB year after year after year wins customer awards becos Nedbank does not have a cooking clue how to look after their clients - especially the good clients. I have 3 personal loans with you at the moment and I have not missed a single payment. The manager of this department should be fired - he/she obviously has no handle on what her staff are doing. Can someone at Nedbank get a clue please before I report Nedbank to the Banking O mbudsman for acting in bad faith, posting all of this on Facebook and whatever else I can do to be as a big a pain in your a s s e s as you are in mine when I get these pathetic letters of demand threatening **** and brimstone.
