I am ashamed to admit that I was scammed out of my hard earned money by Christopher Kanyaro and his mortgage and finance scam team twice. It started with a visit from Chris Kanyaro he said that he could re finance my house and bring down my repayments as well allowing me to be debit free in half the time that I could on my current mortgage. I was very skeptical and I didn’t really get any real answers looking back on it now. But Christopher Kanyaro was all ways saying things like “that’s a fact” and “if your not completely happy I will personally give you your money back” (BULLSHIT Christopher Kanyaro doesn’t know the meaning of the word refund) It was clear that Chris Kanyaro wouldn’t leave until I signed the paper and gave him and his fraud finance team $400.
Next thing I know with out my permission Christopher Kanyaro and his Scam team have refinanced my property with a forged signature of mine at a higher rate than what I was paying and what they promised me. To top it off Christopher Kanyaro then said I had to pay him $7, 900 for the job and I received many threatening phone calls. I now know that Christopher Kanyaro and his mortgage finance scam team also received a commission from the bank for just as much as i payed. As if my money was not enough.
After countless calls and thousands in lawyers fees to try and get this horrible mortgage that Christopher Kanyaro put me into reversed. I found that the contract is very well written. They are professional finance crooks.
Un known to me Christopher Kanyaro some how got hold of my familys details. He went to my Fathers house un known to me and said that I suggested that he could come over and talk about some investments and financial advice. Christopher Kanyaro then convinced my Dad who is very ill to sign a contract to use the equity in his house to buy an investment property in Queensland that he had never seen. Chris Kanyaro as usual was using his dishonest sales tactics to scam a man who worked 14hr days 6 days a week for most of his life. Chris Kanyaro will do anything for a buck and my ill Dad unfortunately signed. He charge my Dad $60, 000 over market value and we found in court the Christopher received a $75, 000 commission from the builder. No wonder Christopher Kanyaro is so pushy with his finance plans and mortgages.
I am writing to anyone who is contacted by this crook to stay away at all costs and immediately contact fair trading.
